La Pietra

LA PIETRA is an exclusive 57-acre estate located on one of the foothills overlooking  Florence minutes away from the city center.  Composed of five villas and one of the most beautiful gardens in Italy, La Pietra is one of the most important cultural centers in Italy.  The main villa, Villa La Pietra houses the famous Acton Art Collection.  Villa Sassetti, offering the latest in audiovisual technology, serves as La Pietra’s International Conference and Events Center.  The other three villas, Colletta, Natalia and Ulivi are home to New York University in Florence, a center for overseas studies.

Teatro Verdi

The Teatro Verdi has been the permanent home of the ORT - Orchestra Regionale della Toscana since 1998. With its 45 musicians, the ORT is considered one of Europe’s finest chamber orchestras. In addition to concerts, the Teatro Verdi hosts drama, opera, dance and films. It is equipped for congresses, promotional events and receptions.

Villa Castelletti

This splendid eighteenth century villa was built over an existing pre-Renaissance structure and is surrounded by seven hectares of wooded gardens that include a lake. Today, Villa Castelletti is a versatile congress-tourist facility that can accommodate congresses, conventions, meetings, exhibitions, gala dinners and other prestigious events.
The complex also offers twenty-two suites that were built in the former dairy.

Villa di Maiano

Located on the green hills between Fiesole and Florence, Villa and Fattoria di Maiano are the ideal setting for exclusive events. Magnificent lounges, richly coloured frescoes, original furniture form XVII-XVIII cent. have preserved their original charm thanks to the loving care of the owner, Countess Lucrezia Miari Fulcis dei Principi Corsini. Apatments, swimming pool, restaurant, and olive oil mill where an excellent extra virgin olive oil is produced in November and December.
