• Helps people choose the most suitable venue for their event, giving information and detailed proposals for the conference facilities available as well as the city’s accommodation capacity.
• Assists organisers in site inspection visits, preparing personalised programmes according to requirements.
• Coordinates the supply and organises meetings with professionals in the industry who are members of the Firenze Convention Bureau.
• Supplies multimedia materials, brochures, city maps and event calendars.
• Prepares candidatures for the acquisition of National and International events.

Clients are not required to pay for Firenze Convention Bureau’s services.
