Located right on Piazzale Michelangelo, the historic Restaurant-Bar-Café  ‘La Loggia’ is a splendid architectural structure in the neoclassical style, with a large Panoramic Garden, a Panoramic Terrace, private rooms and private parking. It seems incredible but La Loggia has been in existence for over 130 years, and our lucky customers can lunch, dine or just relax with a drink in an aristocratic yet deliberately informal atmosphere, with a stunning panoramic view. Every day our chefs offer a mouth-watering selection of dishes typical of the Tuscan-Florentine area, whether traditional or innovative.

Our wine-list is famous and is sure to delight you. Restaurant-reservations are welcome.

For private functions, our elegant internal rooms can accommodate 200 people.

Our cuisine is always in search of new, balanced flavors, made from pure ingredients prepared with care: the true quality of Italian cooking is its simplicity. The kitchen draw inspiration from the most authentic regional Italian traditions, mainly Basilicata, where our Cook, Giovanna, was born, and Tuscany, where she grew up.

The setting is intimate, subdued and elegant, while the service is familiar and refined. Seating capacity: 80 A recent addition is the “Osteria”, that seats 150 guests in a fourteenth century setting with antique furniture and featuring strictly Tuscan foods.

Both are located in the Santa Croce district and are open late. Garage service is available on request.

The restaurant 'I quattro amici' is located in the old Via degli Orti Oricellari. The building was originally a garaging for horse carriages. During the years, the premises underwent various changes until they became a wonderful and modern place, where the sobriety of furnishing blends perfectly with the refined taste of traditional Tuscan cooking, together with international cuisine and seafood, using quality products in order to meet the requirements of demanding clientele.

There are few renowned restaurants in Italy with 80 years of experience, where you are welcomed in a variety of languages: including Japanese. After all, in Florence the name Sabatini is synonymous with fine dining, where tradition and quality go hand in hand.
