Thanks to our official partnerships with local institutions, FCB is able to give support to those who need direct contact with the administration. Our dedicated team is available for requests for exclusive venue concessions, such as the Salone dei Cinquecento in Palazzo Vecchio, to facilitate meetings and to givesupport in requests for events organized throughout the metropolitan area. 

FCB provides event organizers with information and promotional material about the destination. For example, city maps, photographic and video material for relevant candidates or presentations, gadgets and bags for event and congress participants.

Our team constantly researches and monitors the national and international events and congresses that could be hosted in the city. Thanks to our application activity, we present all the advantages and benefits that Florence can offer for events and conferences. Every year we work with around 40 candidates, some of which are prepared together with our PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) Members.

Together with some of its majority shareholders, FCB has devised an incentive plan through which it is able to field up to 60,000 euros of services in support of applications for international congresses. The benefits offered concern many aspects of the organization such as the social programme, the free rental of many exclusive venues for cocktails and gala dinners such as the Salone dei Cinquecento in Palazzo Vecchio or the new Opera House.
